This attack is new to us however, as the files are shared with specific email addresses and if you are not logged into Dropbox with the email it was sent to you can’t see the file. The files are the typical phishing PDF files that direct you to a phony login page. We use Dropbox and have a professional plan with phone support.Īs of yesterday we are getting bombarded with thousands of emails from Dropbox from several different Dropbox accounts sharing files with our employees. Dropbox completely has dropped the ball with their security and support.
